Upcoming changes you need to be aware of -
Minimum Wage
From 1 April 2023, the minimum wage will increase by $1.50, from $21.20 to $22.70 per hour, and the training and starting-out minimum wages will also both increase to $18.16 per hour, remaining at 80% of the adult minimum wage.
ACC Earner Levy
The ACC Earner levy which is part of PAYE, will increase from $1.46 to $1.53 from 1 April 2023.
If you have automatic payments set up for employees then you will need to recalculate their pay and change the automatic payment from 1 April 2023.
