As you will be aware, the Government has announced that the country will move to the “Red” setting under the COVID-19 Protection Framework
So we can continue to operate safely at this level of the COVID-19 Protection Framework, we have put together the following policy.
For our clients:
We remain open to the public but will require a valid vaccination certificate to be presented to our team.
So that we can keep both you and our staff safe, we will direct you to a dedicated meeting space, which is comfortable and conducive to discussion, and has safety measures in place to minimise the risk of transmission of COVID-19.
These measures will include:
· No physical contact (including handshakes)
· Appropriate limits in dedicated meeting spaces to allow for required distancing
· A clean down of meeting rooms immediately following meetings
We ask that you adhere to all normal COVID-19 public health measures (e.g., scanning in, physical distancing) whilst in our office.
Our team are still available to visit your premises or meet at venues such as cafes etc, provided the venue also requires vaccine passports for entry.
We are very happy to arrange virtual meetings for any clients who do not wish to come in to our offices in the current climate with the requirements.
